Your terms and conditions of use

1. Contract

Any order implies acceptance without reservation of the terms of sale described on this page.

 2. Shipping: delivery to the buyer's risk

Goods are shipped by a carrier selected by RLD. Goods are sold at the risk and peril of the recipient, which means that in case of loss, delay, damage or missing, the reserves required by law must be issued by the recipient on receipt of the goods. No credit will be established otherwise.

 3. Return of goods

All returned items must be made within 90 days of delivery, stamp postmark. No returns will be accepted for items that have been the subject of mounting. The part must be returned in its original packaging and must be carefully packed to avoid being damaged during transportation. The part and its packaging must be returned in perfect condition. Any damage on the product or the packaging may lead to rejection of the returning request. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubt in order to avoid unnecessary costs.

 4. Delivery

Delivery deadline is indicative and can not consist in any commitment on the part of RLD.

In addition, the announced deadlines reflect working days and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must not be taken into account in the time delivery process when ordering.

 5. Price and payment terms

Because of the economic and currency fluctuations that may occur between order placement and delivery, the goods sold are charged on the day of delivery. Invoices are payable by bank transfer, credit card or by Paypal. Any complaints regarding a delivery does not suspend  time payment, regardless of the reason given.

 6. Retention of title

RLD remains ownership of the goods delivered to customers until full payment thereof. In case of total or partial non-payment at the due date, for any reason whatsoever, RLD reserves the right, without any formality, of physically repossess the goods at the expense and risk of the buyer.

 7. Warranty claims

Goods sold by RLD are presumed free from defects. The warranty is strictly limited to reimbursement or replacement of defective parts after inspection by our supplier, excluding any compensation for labor, damage or any other reason. The defective parts warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. The parts must be made after the agreement of return guaranteed service and accompanied with the observation paper of defective parts. No warranty documents will be accepted outside this protocol.

 8. Disputes

It is expressly agreed between RLD and its customers that the conditions of sale prevail over the conditions of purchase that may be included on purchase orders or other documents. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms of sale for any reason whatsoever is the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Versailles, which has sole jurisdiction.
